BOIJoseph Head - Tax Senior
Joseph joined BatesCarter as a full-time tax accountant in August 2021 after graduating from the University of North Georgia with a degree in accounting. While attending high school and college, he owned and managed a farm producing sweet corn and other produce for local buyers, restaurants, and farmer's markets. His later part of college, he worked a couple part-time jobs and was a 2020 Spring Intern for a CPA firm in Woodstock, GA, and a 2021 Spring Intern for BatesCarter.

Hobbies
Joseph enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah Grace. He is passionate about the outdoors including hunting, fishing, farming, camping, and riding ATVs. Along with outdoor hobbies, he enjoys restoring his antique 1979 Ford F150 pickup truck and working on similar automotive projects. He loves to spend time playing instrumental bluegrass gospel music with his family and friends and practicing various instruments such as banjo, guitar, mandolin, and piano. Most of all, he is passionate about teaching Sunday School at his church and learning more about his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
